Charnwood Community Spotlight Project

This project aims to help ensure local people are made aware of and can make meaningful use of the free community exhibition case at Charnwood Museum. We want to find new ways of reaching out to people and support them to use the ‘Spotlight Case’ in ways that work for them. The project is led by volunteer Community Connectors who are representative of the diversity of communities living in Charnwood. They will shape, guide, advise, challenge, inspire, promote, and support this work.

Our panel of volunteers is working hard to help develop a process that ensures that this opportunity is accessible to everyone. Through consultation, they have helped to create everything from logos and branding to application forms! They have even commissioned a promotional video which will hopefully inspire local people to apply to use the space.
