Our Harborough Song
As families who live in Harborough, we spent special times in the Symington Building exploring the museum, sharing stories in the library and creating a song and artwork that captures what Harborough means to us.
For some of us, these sessions were the first time we’d visited the space but now it’s somewhere we feel very at home.
Our Neighbourhood Rap
We are young people living in Harborough and chose to share our connections to this place through rap. We’ve had fun producing music and beat boxing. It’s been such a refreshing change for us to have these opportunities in this library and museum and for people to work with us, have fun with us and listen to us.
